A SOURCE OF POLYPHENOLS, MINERALS & CARBOHYDRATES
Fermented grains contain a large number of phenolic acids including ferulic acid which acts as a potent free radical scavenger and antioxidant. They're also abundant in carbohydrates, which are known to help lock in moisture.
FROM GIN DISTILLERY LEFTOVERS
The gin distillation process results in some leftover grain ferment. We capture it fresh, straight from distillation, and combine it with glycerine to eliminate the need for any preservative.
